  We were driving through town and really wanted Mexican food. Decided to look up reviews on Yelp and discovered Memo's.
  It truly hit the spot.
  So many choices and the portions were great! Food came out quick.
  Very tasty and need to try one of the caldos next time.

  Well!  I am shocked at the bad reviews about this little place. I'm driving through to see Texas bluebonnets and almost didn't stop because of things written here!  Maybe they just don't appreciate small town cafes. Anyway, chips were crisp. Salsa was awesome and I ate a lot of it. Lettuce and tomatoes were freshly chopped and the meat was yummy.  We happened in on $1.00 Margaritas. These were also great.
  
  Lots of locals including Hispanics. That says it all. Stop in.

  horrible service, family and I will not be back!
  our female server had attitude from the beginning, she didn't check up on us ONCE the whole time we were sitting, my husband literally had to get up not once but twice to get us a refill on our drinks.

  It's a newer Mexican restaurant close by my mother in law's house she wanted to try out. Very glad we did.
  
  We were a party of eight for lunch and they offered lunch or breakfast menus. Must be Sunday's brunch options. We had an omelette, biscuits and gravy, beef soups, chicken soup, two tacos and I got the pork chops.
  
  I really liked the pork chops, two thinly sliced chops topped with tomatoes and onions and comes with rice and beans. I got mine with double rice for $9.99. I'll definitely ordered this again. Great flavor, well cooked, rice very flavorful as well.
  
  Everyone else also enjoyed their lunch. Wife and mom there in law loved their chicken soups.
  
  Bottom line, very good food at very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about checking it out.

  I've come here prob a hand full of times and each time I'm not impressed. I kept coming to see if it would change but it doesn't. The professionalism is HORRIBLE, the restaurant is always dirty and the last two times I ate here I got sick. We definitely won't be back here anymore. Poorly managed and if anything is wrong with the bill they won't fix it, they will make it higher. Poorly poorly poorly managed and ran.
  
  Only reason I gave an extra star was because the karaoke nights are fun. The guy in charge of the karaoke is really friendly!
